"The 4.9 Google rating must be paid for - I am shocked to see it! We’ve been with Shannon Till - State Farm since 2021. Around 2022, rates started to go up nearly every month. I messaged through the app more than once, emailed, and called looking for an explanation for the increases - no response. I understand that rates were going up in general, but I still wanted to understand why and was completely ghosted. We recently noticed they had something wrong on our policy, so I messaged again to ask. Guess who called just a couple hours later? All I had done was ask a question, but the woman who called already started making changes to our policy because it created yet another increase. She was unable to articulate WHY it caused an increase - and I said forget it, just keep it how it was. She said too late because she already started the process! She was then insanely rude to me and then my husband when we were asking questions that she couldn’t answer. She was snarky and told us “I do this every day!” - yet could not explain why the increase. Horrible service, and they clearly don’t even thoroughly understand the property before providing insurance. You will ONLY hear from them if they can get more money out of you! We are now shopping around…"
